My research interest includes Natural Resource Governance, Environmental Law, Livelihood Analysis and issues relating to tribal and marginalised communities. Adriaan Bedner has done work of a more theoretical and comparative nature on rule of law and access to justice. She has worked as a researcher at the University of Antwerp since May 2017 and was the academic coordinator of the Sustainable Development and Global Justice post-graduate programme (2018-2019). Lenin Tinashe Chisaira is an environmental lawyer and researcher. The case of Russia – a hybrid political regime and the world’s third largest recipient of migrants – is used to develop new theoretical perspectives on migrants’ legal incorporations and adaptations in hybrid political regimes.
